Led international, cross-functional teams in delivering strategic initiatives including new application development, product launch, system integration, data migration, business process improvement, agile transformation and SaaS. Certified as SPC5, CSM and PMI-ACP, Aakash has been training, coaching and mentoring professionals over the last 10 years. He has been involved in agile transformation, SAFe implementations and lean product development initiatives.

Rajesh Joshi: Along with 22+ years of experience in IT consulting world, Rajesh has 13+ years of experience in managing various types of enterprise level projects and programs across the globe. He has strong leadership skills that facilitate effective change management, transformation, and process improvement in today’s digital world where we care for fast and defect free delivery. He is an agile trainer and mentor with specific interests in business and organizational agility. Currently he is part of Enterprise PMO team and Agile CoP leader, where he is leading few initiatives with an end goal to adapt and lead change in a productive and cost-effective way without compromising quality. With an agile mindset, he offers SAFe training for the candidates and organizations who need help in their digital transformations journey. He has few credentials: SAFe Program Consultant 5.0, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist 5.0, SAFe POPM 5.0.
