Here's how our Refund Policy works.

Premium Package

• You have to appear for the first attempt within 2 months of attending our bootcamp.
• If you fail the exam on the first attempt, we will re-imburse the re-examination fee ($335).
• You have to appear for the 2nd attempt within 21 calendar days of your first attempt.

Deluxe Package

• You have to appear for the first attempt within 2 months of attending our bootcamp.
• If you fail the exam on the first attempt, we will re-imburse the re-examination fee ($335).
• You have to appear for the 2nd attempt within 21 calendar days of your first attempt.
• If you fail the exam on the 2nd attempt, we will re-imburse the re-examination fee ($335) for the 3rd attempt.
• You have to appear for the 3rd attempt within 21 calendar days of your second attempt.

Conditions

• First exam attempt must be within 2 months of the final day of the course.
• Second exam attempt must be within 21 days of the first attempt.
• Third attempt must be within 21 days of the second attempt.
• You must provide us with your exam results (for the 1st , 2nd and 3rd) within 7 days of taking the exam by emailing your transcript to servicedesk@pmsimplify.com
